Center KRTEK
Do not you know where to go out with children on rainy days? Visit the Krkonose Center for Environmental Education, located just a few meters from the IT CENTER Apartments.
It is the center where the library, the auditorium, the laboratory room and the one-storey garage are located. During the week there are lectures and external lessons for schools, weekends are the center accessible to all visitors.
The aim of the center is to educate potential visitors of the Krkonoše National Park so that they do not destroy nature, understand it and enjoy it
Regular tours for those interested are free of charge on Tuesdays from 15am to 5pm.
KCEV Krtek in Vrchlabí also offers a pleasant auditorium with a top projector and places for almost 80 listeners (2-5 for wheelchair users). During the winter season, he invites visitors to a lecture of someone interesting, a documentary film or a film in the Giant Mountains filmed.
Admission:
CZK 50 for an adult visitor
30 CZK favored admission for children from 6 to 12 years old, pensioner, holder of ZTP and ZTPP
family admission - 2 adults + max 3 children
children up to 6 years free of charge
