SURCHARGE
- In case of staying only for 1 night + 30% to the price according to pricelist
- Pet per day 200 CZK. Pets are not allowed in Superior Apartments.
THE PRICE INCLUDES
Accommodation, tourist tax, towels, bed-linen, final cleaning, once every 4 days change of towels, daily basketing, Wi-Fi, cot for baby, underground garage.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Breakfast, returnable deposit (1.000 CZK, to be deposited at the time of arrival).
TIPS AND INFORMATION
- Check-in from 13 to 17 o´clock - reception open; after 17 o´clock reception closed - check-in fee 200 CZK
- Check-out by 10 am
- Pet (200 CZK/day). Pets are not allowed in Superior Apartments.
- Discount for children apply only if two persons pay full price.
- Larger discounts in case of a longer stay - 30 days and longer.
- It is forbidden to use your own cooker in the apartments.
- There is no possibility of preparing hot food in the double room - there is no cooker / oven.
- All apartments are non-smoking under the penalty of 5000,- CZK + compensation for damages.
Payment terms
- The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
